This is a very attractive sword stand for two swords. It is a very convenient size measuring 14 .625 inches wide, 14.25 inches tall, and 7.5 inches deep. It is lacquered in a dark brown lacquer with a design of a shishi lion/dog and flowers done in gold lacquer. There are a very few minor losses and cracks to the lacquer as one would expect from age, but overall it is in excellent condition.
What makes this sword stand especially special is the fact that the front panel of the stand slides off revealing four drawers in the base. These drawers are in excellent condition as can be seen in the photos. Use them for all of your sword tools and cleaning supplies.
