This is a very nice iron tsuba that I would attribute to the Kamiyoshi school of Higo Province. It is done in the style of Fukunobu. It is carved in a very pleasing design as can be seen in the photos below. It measures 7.5 cm by 7.3 cm or 2 15/16 inches by 2 13/16 inches. It is very well carved and in excellent condition.
